Today is dangerous day #1 in my quest to not eat sugar. Usually on Fridays, we have a celebratory "the week is over" night with family including lots of ice cream. I got into the habit of eating some, then more, then some on other nights, then more and more! You get the picture. So tonight, NO ice cream. Dangerous day #2 is Sunday: another lazy anything-goes day.
