Going to try hard to watch my calories today. I'll have a yogurt for breakfast and half of a reduced peanut butter sandwich for lunch. I only have white bread right now, but will try to stop on the way home and get my low-cal bread. The thing I'll need to watch is my snacks at work. I bought a box of Cheerio's and figure I can have some of those. I can't eat veggies all of the time :)

Thanks Glen! I'm in for this one. The only way I can lose is to count calories and exercise. I tried "eyeing" it and it doesn't work for me. I get lazy and next thing I know, the weight is on. Entering the calories and exercise really brings it home :)
