According to my weight tracking, I'm gaining 2.8 pounds per week. I would assume this is because I'm working out 4x a week. I've lost, however, 10 pounds since November 10th. I feel great, but I'm sick and tired of the waiting for the scale to drop to the 140s for a while and stay there. Frustrating!
