TK4130's Logboek, 02 mei 12

Didn't exercise yesterday. Was really tired by the end of the day when I had the time. Then, today, Good Grief I was sore this morning when I work up! Especially at my left collar bone and right side at the waist. I have muscles at my collar bone? Who knew??? I have forgotten that day 2 after starting a new exercise routine is always a killer for me. Back to it tonight. After bouncing up and down on the same plateau for a month and a half, I'm finally seeing a loss and I really want to keep the trend going in that direction.
