I’ve been on a weight plateau at 153lb for almost two weeks now. Can’t seem to shift it. Anyone doing a keto diet know any good ways to ease into it? Am considering trying it but I think I’ll find the jump hard...have smoked salmon in the fridge though, might try and have lunch tomorrow based around that.
