loosinisfun's Logboek, 18 mrt 10

goooooood mornin everyone...im up an ready to lay rubber off my shoes again this morning..takin that day off was hard yesterday, but it was needed...feel more like gettin in my morning walk today...although when i woke up i thought...hmmm sure does feel good here in bed...shut off the alarm clock an thought i could sure use a few more winks, even though i had 8...lol...o well il get them tonight...worked on the tractor yesterday morning again with brian..an got it put back together...then after lunch came home an went to walmart got that over with for another week...im really proud of myslf...didnt pick anything up that wasnt on the list...and even noticed things that wasnt on the list an started to pick em up...but thougth nope...just pass em by...(little mini candy bars)...mom buys them to have something sweet around the house...but i cant stay outta them...but last week i bout some tootie rolls cause i was reading they was less on sugar and better for you...so i been weenin myslf off the candy an onto them...takes longer for them to desolve in my mouth...lol...well need to get this body up an movin...43 outside an a wind chill of 38 i think it said...so gonna have to layer up again...was nice here yesterday in the 60s but accordin to weather man rain on the weekend both days an even chance of SNOW...but ground is to warm for it to even think about stickin...probly melt on the way down...lol...well have a great day everyone...

1st wlk......7660steps...72 min...3.5 miles...i reset my pedometer yesterday an i think that might of made a difference on my steps an mileage as well...bumped the buttons one day an it messed up plus i had to reset the time cause of daylight savings time...

was thinkin while i was walking...this morning...an the idea of only eating when your tummy tells you seems to be workin really good for me...before i would when it was breakfast, lunch, supper time...an alot of times i just wasnt hungry yet...now that im waitin on my tummy to growl, it seems to be makin a difference in my calories in...calories burned...stay tuned...lol

Keep on movin! And I agree wtih drd...toss the Tootsie Rolls. :) They can be addictive...can't just eat one. Have a fabulous day!

now now...i gotta have chocolate in some shape or form...ive givin up ice cream, cookies, mt.dew...so...gotta have my chocolate in the right portions...have a great day all...

did someone say tootsie rolls? lol ok, if you gotta keep em, then how about adopting this school of thought; it's not the tootsie roll per se, it's the QUANTITY OF THEM THAT YOU SHOULD MONITOR...right? have a great day friend!

thanks everyone for you input...i think it says i can have six per serving of tootie rolls, an usually i only take 4...so guess im doing it right...
