Another day done. All is good, The challenges were met. I live close to the ocean so I tend to walk the stretch a lot. It's a total of 8567steps. So with that under my belt my total steps for the day where way over the 10,000 mark. I'm content with that. I also got my ab's challenge in as well. I actually think I see a difference.. YEA!
