Anyone else feel this bloated after Christmas carbs
I’m getting back to the straight and narrow, just need to finish my bottle of gin for New Year’s Eve 😉

I'm actually starting on the 2nd - Tuesday. I have a quart of skim milk to drink, because I'm giving up dairy. I also have about 8 bagel quarters and I'm going to attempt to give up processed foods. May have to freeze some of the bagels. Just hate having the temptation anywhere in the house to weak moments.
