Hello everyone! Lost internet for a while on PC and my phone won't let me access FS. So, to update, my hubby and I doning very well, I finished my classes and now am Level I certified addictions counselor. :) Oh, and I'm pregnant. 6.5 weeks and my doctor has told me to not do atkins in any phase soooo....Any expecting ladies out there with any advice? My doc said to just eat "sensibly" and to have carbs but not "too many" sooo I can use any advice. :) Thanks!
