Again I have eaten the best that I could have. This is actually the first time in ever that I have eaten like this. I am so proud of myself, now the only thing is to keep up the good work. I still have my sugar withdrawl symptoms, but hopefully they will pass. As warm as it has been out side I have been thinking about a water ice. But I need to stay focused right now. I can do this.
