Well not really much of a journal I guess until I figure out what I will say in this. I have discovered that my allergy to flour is more than to dust. I have been limiting flour based products to one meal, mainly my largest meal, and eating alot of proteins (mainly peanuts or other nuts as I am not a big meat eater)and fresh fruits and vegetables. This has helped my migraines abit as well. Just very difficult to all of a sudden break 20 year old eating habits but they are slowly changing.
