day 225..woke up the house seemed colder...now i kno why..28 outside..23 wind chill...brrrr....well an easier day today..just my walk and afternoon crunches...give my body time to heal from the weight routine..i kinda miss doing the dumbbell curls in the afternoon, but the guy that helps me at the gym told me thrusday with the increase on weights that i have started impoving on, then i need to give my muscles more time to heal, so in the afternoons i do forearm exercises, and crunches...once the weather starts gettin warmer, then i might start doing an afternoon walk again..just extra mileage to burn off the calories..BLUE TEAM THIS IS LIKE THE LAST FEW DAYS TO WORK OFF THEM CALORIES BEFORE WEIGH IN !!! LETS SWEAT ALITTLE HARDER AND TAKE THE LEAD BACK .. hope everyone has a great weekend..and try your best to make the right food choices when your out and about....
