When out for lunch with friends yesterday and ate something I shouldn't have and had indigestion all night. I can only assume the burger had breadcrumbs in, don't usually have to ask when it says ground beef. This morning I think I have worked out how to use the camera and food tags so now I will photograph my meals with weights. Breakfast was before I sorted it out but had 84g bacon, 2 fried eggs, 18g asparagus, 8g tomatoes and 30ml cream for my coffee. The asparagus I ate raw which was beautifully crisp and 3 tiny tomatoes out of the garden. Prep day today - keto bread, chicken lazone, Pesto chicken with feta & olives and keto granola. Keto is very similar to Banting but not so much protein. I think lunch will be a tuna salad but depends what I feel like when I've finished prepping.
