loosinisfun's Logboek, 21 mrt 10

TOTALLY FOCUSED AND FEELIN LIKE I DID WHEN I FIRST STARTED... gooooooooood mornin everyone...well today its been a week since i started eating differently and i have to say that not eating until your stomach rumbles cause its hungry is workin great for me..im more focused then i have been since i dont kno when...although when i woke up with my tummy rumblin this morning i knew that i was burnin off fat as it was makin all kinds of sounds...an the scales is showin a slight drop once again this morning...went road trippin with brian yesterday in one of his small 4x4 pickups...you might laugh, but all that bouncin around is a great workout when you going down an old muddy road an slingin the water an mud up past the top of the cab...didnt even wake up sore or feelin like i have any kinks to work out...its suppose to be rainin by now, but doesnt look like it outside yet...so gonna get clothes on in a hour an head out for a morning walk...did 14664 in steps yesterday most of them being before 8am...i kinda like doing it like that cause then i kno my workout is over and i have the rest of the day to get more steps in if i want...just feel like im in the same frame of mind i was when i first started workin the weight off...ive found a plan that works for me and thats what its all about ..finding a eating and exercising plan that works for you...so...hope everyone has a great day...catch you all later...

fst wlk.....7547 stps...70 min...3.45 miles same fst route as always..but noticed i was steppin it off faster this morning..no rain yet..
2nd wlk....4996 stps..39 min...2.29....5.74 miles so far today...an not sure if i will get that last 1/4 of a mile to get my 6...but lest i did a second walk...an thats all that matters...

rain is movin in...can see where the sidewalks are startin to look wet..not sure if i will do my second walk or not..still decidin how bad i want to get out in it for a 30 min walk...

Great first line loosin,' it says a lot. I see that you are almost back into the 200s again which is probably an important psychological barrier for you. A weigh-in below 199 would seem to break out of the range that you have been in for several months. Keep up the excellent work and thanks for stopping by my place. :-)

thanks twin for the push...just back from that second walk...was misting but i was bored an decided..might as well layer up...45 here but also a wind chill..an went for a second walk...glad i went...

@info...i have been doing alot of thinkin lately about what slowed me down from gettin the weight off...an it was just the fact that once i lost some of the weight an then i got comfortable eating again...an not exercising like i need to to burn off the calories i take in...one thing leads to another..excuses seem to sound good...an before you kno it...your workin off weight you already lost before...
