when I feel like I NEED to snack on something I just eat a rice cake (which I actually love). it's pretty minimal I'm calories and gets me through the physical desire of eating.

Fill up on water and fill your time. Or like my mother used to tell me - go to bed and the angels will feed you 😂

It's simply how bad do you want to lose weight for me!
I eat my last meal of the day at 4:30pm I don't eat anything again until breakfast.
I cured my life threatening diabetes with this mindset and cutting carbs. Carbs
Makes you hungry vicious circle.
You can overcome mndless snacking

SNACKING isn't the issue, my dear, it's the TYPES of snacks and WHEN You eat them. I like to do a thick protein shake for dessert in the evening. Protein powder, almond milk, peanut butter, spiniach, etc.... NO CARBS! So no fruit. I don't eat fruit if I'm trying to lose because it has so much carbs. GOOD CARBS, mind you, but not the kind you wanna be consuming regularly if you're trying to stay below like 100g net carbs. :) You got this. Get that celery out and start snacking your FACE OFF!

When I get a night craving, I brush my teeth. Or sometimes I'll eat a dill pickle. Hope you made it, it can be tough. I'm pretty sure we've all been there - for a while I had to go to bed at 8:00pm to keep myself from snacking. It took about 2 weeks and then I was able to stay up later without wanting to eat. Maybe give that a try? Or the pickles or toothbrush...they tend to kill cravings for me.

Eating all daily food between noon and 8 p.m. helps. It's relatively easy to skip breakfast by loading up on on no calorie drinks. You can eat a light lunch at noon and go heavier on the calories the closer you get to your 8 p.m. cut off time. Then you feel full and sated by 8 p.m.

I eat pork skins, then I brush my teeth. You have to be careful not to eat the whole bag, but it has protein. Sorry for the comment if you happen to be a vegan.

I am @Rosio19 but I usually steal one of my kids fruit pouches for school. They're 70 calories but I'm averaging ok in the day. Just gotta cut down on the sodas. The carbs are setting me back. :(

I know I noticed those have fewer calories 👍🏻. I still don’t drink my calories... I love food instead, I rather eat 2 cookies that add 70 calories than to drink a juice. But that’s just me 😉

You can do this! I have found that by not eating past 7 and not until 8 AM, I am losing faster than ever! I am also back to the gym and eating better. But seriously. Give it a try. The weight loss might just out do the lack of will power.
