Great Weekend. Ate over my calories on Sunday because I was over my in laws house although I did NOT eat over my carbs....but I am sure stepping on the scale today should be avoided by all means because of that...atleast for another 1 or 2 days. lol... I also had not drank enough water yesterday....maybe about 4 cups or so...which is still bigger than 0 so I take that as a win. Nonetheless, the scale has been generous as of late so I will continue to do good so that I can see repeat results week after week. Although a 20 pound loss is a wonderful thing, it still not quite enough to get this "morbidly obese" girl up and jumping for joy since it isn't even 10% of my weight.
