Yay!.... :)i stayed off the scale all week, didn't drive myself crazy, just concentrated on exercise and eating right.
128,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 32,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 55,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I feel for myself that staying off the scale means I have control of this and that I do believe in myself to be successful on my journey.... once a week is enough for me too...you did a fantastic job sweetie:)

Good that trap some people fall into and it will drive you batty from what I've been seeing. I get on the scale once a month..sometimes I peak a week before my official weigh in but you know you can feel that your losing weight if your doing things right.
