Oh. My. God.

Seeing my family was WONDERFUL as expected. And, as expected, my diet was AWFUL! I mean the first two days I was fine, but then during my brother's graduation celebration, any diet plan I had just went out the window. There was just so much good food that I never get to have and I just had to indulge... over indulge...

I am so nervous about stepping on that scale and taking measurements. So much so that I am going to wait until tomorrow morning! Heh... And I'll "restart" start my Insanity workouts this Sunday...

Bleh, that's how I feel about myself, just bleh.
