Hedder52's Logboek, 13 jul 07

Day 5....things just are not like they were the first time around for me!!! I was so disciplined and stuck to the diet 100%, no cheats and no fall downs, this time once again, can't say that for sure!!! I do so GREAT during the day....eat nothing but fruits and veggies, brown rice and the stuff I am suppose to plus I dring so much water...at night...that is a joke, I hate it! I have not done good the last 2 nights and it makes me very angry! I am so ready to shed these last 15 pounds that it is almost killing me, so why can't I stick to this diet at night. Don't get me wrong, I am not going all crazy or anything, but like for instance last night for dinner I had some chicken and a few french fries....EEEERRRRRR!!!! I am going to try to go pick up the EFS book this weekend and see if that one will push me over the top and get me to where I want to be.

Today's meals:
7:30 ~ Smoothie and Grapefruit
10:30 ~ Lettuce Salad with carrots, celery and sweet peas
12:00 ~ 2 small chicken fingers (lunch with my mom, niece and nephew once again a flippen EEEERRRRR!!!!)
That is it so far today!!!!

I think EFS is your ticket to happiness. I am also a nightitme eater and I have felt really good and not deprived on the EFS plan. I lost 3 pounds in 5 days and that was eating two sweet snacks a day. I have not posted my weightloss yet cause I'm waiting for another few days. Let me know if you do go on EFS and maybe we come up with some great combos together. Good luck!!!

Definitely pick up the EFS book. I did and even though you have to watch your portions more than the regular FS, you have more of a variety which might keep you from cheating. Anyway... you can push through this! :)

I know the feeling!! How about for lunch eat the 1/2 rice with veggie chili and for breakfast try oatmeal or egg white omelet? Maybe you are starving yourself during the day and then when it is time for dinner you want to eat everything and anything.

It sounds like you're eating very little of the "bad stuff", so don't be so hard on yourself. Good Luck!
