The candy fan's Logboek, 18 jan 18

Today was a starter of fire and brimstone of problems at work so breakfast consisted of a large iced coffee no ice, and nuts... One thing is the heavy cream coating will render the old taste buds useless not hungry every time.Lunch will consists of salad with either meat and lots of vegetables or a tuna mix with celery again.

I think the scale can be a friend and enemy, so far it helped grappling the scope of how much weight but, also show what works. The downside is reweighing and checking, can't do that it becomes a constant reminder work out harder eat differently.
stomach is giving me back talk I did not eat dinner yesterday because lunch was very filling.
