Maintenance
Stress increased. Whoa! Focusing on "me" time to try to reduce the stress while pulling a 19 hour day working yesterday from 5am through till midnight with a couple of breaks around 6 pm. Walked 30 mins around house today. Sounds weird but it still counts and works. I find walking reduces my stress levels and helps me think clearer and focus better. Comfort eating never helped. I know that now. But occasional ice cream for dinner won't hurt. 😇
