Becka-boo 's Logboek, 17 mei 12

Well, been in weight watchers on line for about a month- have lost about 5 lbs. Just seems really slow going. I just started exercising every day- I am walking on my treadmill for a mile. Every day I have done it I go a little faster than the day before. Next week I will go 1 1/4 mile, then 1 1/2 ect...and try to build up to 3 miles a day, that would be my ultimate goal.
I know I should be loosing weight much faster than this, but I am doing my best not to get discouraged. I really do good all day, night time is my hardest time of the day, thats when I realy start craving sweets. But I am trying to re-train my self to not eat after 7;00pm. I just really have to get this weight off. I feel so old to only be 42. I want to have energy to enjoy my life to the fullest, I want to do all those things that make life worth living. But right now I am just too tired.
So I will keep going, slow and steady. Maybe the exersice will pay off soon!!!!
