gooooooooood sunday morning...hoping to get back into a steady habit of recording food an typin a few lines each day...seems to keep me more accountable to myself...wasnt gonna do a morning walk yesterday, but finally my mind talked my body into going for one...did 3.77 miles...just a short walk...haha...but wasnt tired when i got back...ended up with over 6ooo in steps yesterday..not as many as i use to do...but gotta start somewhere...going for a walk this morning...not sure how far yet...any walk is better then none...off to record yesterdays food an get a start on todays....have a great one...
