Starting over for the upteen time. Been awhile but I haven't gained. Have been really down in my knee plus my husband bought me a motorcycle trike for Christmas. When I took my picture on it I was horrified. I'm 63, have no thyroid function due to Graves disease and lack of mobility with my knee is going to be a struggle. Alot of days by the afternoon I'm using a cane.I take no other meds other than thyroid and something for my knee. I'm gonna get on that trike by June.
