AHHHHH Im so annoyed. I went out to lunch with my friends and there was NOTHING LO CARB I ended up having one teaspoon of apple out of my daughters apple slice. I felt so bad after putting it in my mouth I wanted to spit it out but couldnt. I hope it didnt knock me over :O A teaspoon is a teaspoon but to be honest it tasted gross.

1/2 an apple has 8.7g net carbs. If you eat 1/4 of an apple, that is 4.4g net carbs, 1 slice, maybe 2.2g if it is a thick slice. Come on now, it's a fruit and you had one bite. If having a 1/4 of an apple doesn't send you craving carbs on OWL you can have it on Atkins. Relax. I wouldn't go doing that until you are closer to your goal, but there are lots worse things you could have "tasted". Pat yourself on the back for resisting all the other food.
