MrsMeg's Logboek, 26 mrt 10

I don't know how to explain my weight or body. Last week I followed perfectly and gained 15 pounds. I took the weekend off from the plan and ate everything I looked at and lost one pound from Friday to Monday. This week I was back on plan and following it the same as last week and I lost 9 more pounds.

I did start my period today, although I'm not sure how that accounts for last weeks up and today being down, lol.

I'm pretty sure my body has lost its mind!
