Really love my keto diet!

I like it to really haven't given up much to keep this as my life style, not a pasta fan, dont eat sweets much, etc. 2 years ago I was on a different life style change with supplements went from a size 18 to a 10, but this past year have had medical issues with not being able to walk a lot gain back 20, now knowing how to cope with a pinched nerve in my back I'm on a mission to lose that 20 plus.

I'm a newbie to keto 3 weeks in but whem I was here before I was following Atkins so I had some knowledgeabout lo carb..Im enjoying keto much more ...;)

I don't even feel that I am out of bread or sugar. So many delicious recipes and u can enjoy u keto day by day!

What is a good amount of calories to eat in a day to drop 10 pounds?

Jodyu, with keto, at least with the effective keto I am following, the only reason we would count calories is to make sure we get enough of them! Calorie deficit may get you short term weight loss but will result in further damage to your probably already damaged metabolism. I figured my macros and for my height/weight/age/activity I aim to get at least 1520 calories per day. But I mainly pay attention to keeping my carbs very low (under 20) and my protein moderate (under 50) and to eating LOTS of healthful fats (at least 138). This means LOTS of yummy food, such as whipped cream, etc :) So far, this approach is resulting in much healing and weight loss in our Facebookland group Common Sense Keto. Good luck!

I personally don't count calories but I cut down my carbs to 20 and sugar to 10. I started in December so far lost 17 lb))

We don't want to be on a diet the rest of our lives, so its a new life style so to speak, not calorie counting just watching what we eat, how we take on our lives get out doors and have fun without pain, or being over weight, so proud of everyone who has lost the pds
