I'm having a week off the weights, deloading this is called. I wasn't going to do it yet but my body demands it, really, I was asleep for ridiculous amounts of the day :-) I last lifted on Thursday, today is Tuesday morning, I've been LC for a week and a bit I'd say and already pounds are falling away. I'm TIRED though, I tells ya... probably due to lack of carbs but I don't want to have a CN just yet. That said, I might end up having one tonight, just have to see how I feel :-)
