loosinisfun's Logboek, 28 mrt 10

goooooooooooooooood mornin everyone...woke up at 330am to get up an go walkin...but woke up to rain drops so did the only logical thing...rolled over an went back to sleep...hahahah...still rainin alittle...could of went walkin no more then its rainin..but the chance of lightening...il pass...as they are callin for thunderstorms...just looked on internet an its till showin a storm over us...so guess no walking today...knee is feeling better today..already been on the scales an im smilin again...one meal at a time..one day at a time..making the wisest choices i can to stay on my healthy eating plan along with exercise of some kind..i did do alittle weight workout yesterday afternoon when i got bored an cold..figured that gettin up an moving around would warm me back up an it did...well i should be up an eating breakfast, but not really hungry..an tummy isnt talkin to me either so might just put it off till it decides its hungry...lol..doing the no eating till my tummy talks to me is workin out great...so plan to stick with that plan...well...gonna close this today...have a greatttttttttttttttt day everyone...if the weight isnt comin off...then you gotta figure out why an change your plan to one that does work for you....cause sometimes your body gets use to the same plan or workouts..an you just gotta keep it guessing....lol...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!

2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!! THE MORE WATER YOU DRINK THRU THE DAY, THE LESS YOUR BODY HOLDS ON TO ...

3. EXERCISE...WALK...WALK..WALK..PUSH THE WALKS...KEEP INCREASING THE DISTANCE...!!!!!

4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL

5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE...IT MAKES YOU RETAIN WATER, WHICH MAKES YOUR WEIGHT GO UP...

6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

i usually dont sleep in less im sick which doesnt happen very often or if its rainin very hard...so wakin up at 330 am an hearin it raining outside was nice...
