Over the past few weeks, I got into some excessive eating habits and not really keeping track of what I eat. So I thought I'd better get back on the food journalling. I'm 5'8 and go running, do yoga (with Adriene) and aerobics (Popsugar fitness) at home an go to a gym 2 - 3 times per week. I work from home at a desk so I find I gain weight easily. I follow a plant based diet but eat eggs from my friend who has 100 pet, free range chickens! 😁
