staceyd1's Logboek, 25 feb 18

I am house and pet sitting, she keeps some very tempting snacks around including chips, ice cream, etc. I caved. I am getting back on track. I will not allow one bad evening to deter me from staying healthy over all. I had some cravings, but honestly I felt crappy later on. My belly felt bloated and not well. Eating healthier, whole foods for the past couple months has shown me that when I have something processed and heavy with sugar and fats, that I don't feel great physically. My energy changes, my body feels the effects immediately. I just didn't notice as much before because I felt that way most of the time. I can't say I won't have moments of weakness, but I will remind myself how I feel and why I try to choose better options. Hope everyone is having a great Sunday! Peace, love and coffee! LOL :)
