Okay got my food entered in or the day. Got my exercise entered in for the day....did not enter in housework yet because not sure how much time I will spend on it yet.
It has been raining but I am slotting in at least 30 minutes of walking. Tomorrow morning I think both girls will be at work so I can do the elliptical machine.
Back to work I go. I am trying to stay focused and take one day at a time.
