Baileyrose85's Logboek, 05 jun 12

Ok so I must, must, MUST find a way to get remotivated. I haven't been to the gym in a week and a half. I have not even incorporated ANY exercise into my daily routine except the 15 minute walks I take on my breaks 2x a day. The good thing is I haven't been tooooo bad with my eating or alcohol consumption. I even made individual fritata cups last night after dinner so we would have easy breakfast stuff this week. The scale hasn't moved a singificant amount in I don't even know how long. I was doing really good till just a minute ago, as I chew and swallow the half of a chocolate chip cookie that was calling my name.... At least the other half went in the trash and not my mouth.

Little one was put on antibiotics. She should be feeling much better soon. I got a little scare last night myself though. My throat and head started hurting, I was freezing and had no energy. Made the fiance go to bed with me at 8:30 to keep me warm. LOL! But I woke up feeling normal. Should have gone to the gym, but didn't. Even though I was almost kicked out of bed:( I still didn't go. I am kind of nervous about having to do my hair at the gym since it is so fragile and I shouldn't be washing it. But that is, yet again, another excuse.

We were supposed to start bootcamp back up yesterday but the BFF had a migrane. I have my workout stuff again today and my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video. I am hoping that this afternoon workout will help kick up my motivation. Now to get to work, find some new tunes to blast at the gym and listen to some of my fitness podcasts. GOTTA FIND MOTIVATION!!!!!

**Update: I have downloaded TONS of new songs, more episodes of my favorite podcast Cutthefatpodcast.com and a new one "Healthy Mind Fit Body", that was recommended by a friend and a new C25K app. I was doing pretty well with my running by myself before, but I am hoping the structure will help me keep at it. I admit, I am kind of jealous of you runners :) I toyed with the idea of running the Susan G Komen I did last month but then decided against it since I would have the family with me. I want to RUN one now!!!!

Yay, good luck with c25k. It got me started and now I really enjoy running. New music always helps put some kick in your step too. Good luck getting to the gym - remember how much better you will feel after going!
