K so I made it and tweaked it to LCHF. The raspberry chia pudding. I'm not sure If I'm going to like it. I powdered the seeds. Think they will be good to thicken soup. I'll let you know tomorrow. I'm making the low carb peanut butter cookies too... Hoping to dethrone the girl scouts.
