Keto question:
Are headaches common? I have only been doing this for a week and have had a couple of headaches. Nothing crippling, but it's annoying. I was a frequent diet soda and Monster Ultra drinker and have cut both of those out completely and drink a gallon of water/day. Is it just the caffeine? I still drink coffee (some bulletproof some heavy cream) but not as much. Or is there something else that might be off?

Yes they call it the keto flu. some people have it worse tha. others. Mine lasted about 6 days.

When I stopped with the monsters and pepsi I got headaches because I cut caffeine cold turkey when i first started changing my eating and drinking habits. It will go away.

Sorry I meant to say that I'm not on Keto, I'm a calorie counter. So it may be both. But i know caffeine will do it.
