I am going to plan ahead and watch labels for high fat. Soy milk is actually pretty high in fat. It has been my treat on cereal. Just this week I will see how weight is without it. I will exercise 12 minutes intensively each day, according to Fit or Fat book. 2 fruit servings a day. Cut out protein bar, maybe. 1200 calories a day. I will have a very good week! p.s. I love you!
