its tough as we get older and have a injury, I too loved my job but cant be a professional housekeeper if you cant kneel or vaccum without pain. Keep it up, I'm right there with you, started at 190 down to 153 but with a injury gain back 15, 2 years ago and cant seem to get rid of it. What type of diet are you following?

Mrsdave1 I am just counting calories and cutting way down on carbs i try to stay below 1200-1400 calories a day and have practically eliminated my sugar intake except what occurs naturally in foods. It has been tough, as I am a reformed junk food junkie. I do reward myself with tiny treats once or twice a week 😁
