loosinisfun's Logboek, 03 apr 10

gooooooooooood mornin everyone...woke up to hear the sound of kitty cats an puppy dogs fallin from the sky...rainin like cats an dogs...so just rolled over an caught a few extra winks of sleep...just now gettin up an movin..still raining...suppose to clear out later this morning an cool off a few degrees...was 55 when it started...its down to 50 now...not sure how much cooler its gonna get...hopefully not to much cooler...was so nice again yesterday, but with the wind blowin..was a cooler day...and cloudy as well...did get one walk in and with the added steps got around 9300 in steps for the day...so almost 10,000 steps...not sure yet what the plans are for the day...havent even ate breakfast yet..an not really hungry either...but kno i need to eat something...but might put it off as long as i can...mabye burn some much needed calories..lol...well have a great day...get that body up an movin...
