How much is your salt intake? Also I’m addicted to mixed nuts at the moment but they are high in fat too aren’t they?

Also don’t forget muscle weight if fat is converted into muscle then the scales won’t necessary drop.

Fat to muscle is impossible!!
Muscle (cells made up of proteins and amino's) and fat (adipose tissue) are two different types of tissues. Muscle is more dense, hence weighs more. Low carb'ing will have resulted in a little fat loss, due to your body looking for energy sources from fat and possibly muscle (in some cases). If you've been doing weights, then you may have gained a little extra weight due to more water retention, hence it appears like you lost no weight, but your stats will be different (Weight/Fat/Muscle/Water)
Hope the above helps.

Try a different measure, maybe? Get out the tape and see how your hard work is affecting your waist, hips, thighs, upper arms, etc. Not all positives are visible on the scales. All the best!

Thank you all for the advice. I definitely think I have put on more muscle but the only way I would know is by measuring my waist, arms legs etc. I measured my daily nuts yesterday and I can see the difference already. I know nuts contain good fat but excessive amount won't help with weight loss.

How low carb are you going? Are you targeting grams or a percentage? I'm on week one and lost 5 pounds... But I do worry by week 3 I'll be in the same boat as you! I'm aiming for 25% protien on 1,600 calories

Try to get your carbs below 50 grams. It worked for me but I've slowed down now so trying to take my carbs lower again. Good luck 😊

I have no idea how people can survive on 50g of carbs 6 day in a row with all those training and lifting? What about to lower fats and keep normal amount of carbs and high protein? 20/35/45 %

cheat days can make things slower, especially in my case. I'd say to have a weekly treat but not a whole day of it.

Oljka - 50g of carb is pretty hard specially if you do weight lifting so I did struggle. But I am out of it now and instead focusing calorie counting and more cardio.
Yasmine - I still think i probably would have seen a better result had I controlled my daily but intake. I now don't eat anything after 5/6pm which I have done in the best and I know it works for me.
Thanks everyone for the advice.
