Traveling and not journaling caught up with me! This proves to me that journaling is very important for my wt loss. I didn't think I ate THAT badly but the scales say otherwise. The really bad part is that I leave on a 7 day cruise on Saturday which is very scary! I hope I won't gain TOO much. Plan on walking alot, staying active and hope for the best!
