Still no loss BUT I tried on a pair of pants that was about 4 inches from button to hole from buttoning 3 weeks ago.(Does that make since?) I was at the same weight 3 weeks ago and no way I could even suck into get them to button. r?Yesterday I tried them on again and they buttoned. So as disappointing as it is to see the scale continue to stand still I'm loosing inches. I continue to tell myself a loss is a loss but in the back of my mind I want to see the scale get less than 200lbs.
Side note.. I drink about 72oz of water a day. It is soda water with natural flavors, no added sweeteners, no calories, no carbs. But it does have the ingredient of natural flavoring. From what I have read that could be anything BUT the box says unsweetened. It is bubly brand. Any opinions on this water? This is all I drink and the occasional non carbonated water or coffee. I do add almond milk to my coffee but only have it twice a week.
