I've always done well following the Atkins diet but this time I thought I'd try to follow the Keto WOE. Although they are very similar I'm having a difficult time getting enough fat and protein. I'm adding butter and/or coconut oil to everything and made my first fat bomb last night. Still haven't reached suggested calories for day but I'm stuffed. Any suggestions?
