Pugcrazy's Logboek, 09 jun 12

Why is it that I can never sleep in on Saturday? Any other day of the week my body is willing to stay in bed as long as it can, but on Saturday I am up before the alarm clock would have gone off.

Tiny movement in the scale today, but as long as it isn't a gain I have no complaints.

Today's plan:
Breakfast- My weekend cup of coffee with a little Soy milk and small splash of coffee-mate(I only drink coffee on Saturday and Sunday due to the calories)& a soft boiled egg.

Lunch will be the fish fry at my parents. I will bake my fish to avoid the fat of frying. I am making a broccoli slaw with low fat mayo, splenda, white wine vinegar dressing. I will bake some fries. For dessert I am going to try mixing up SF chocolate pudding with soy milk and using the Cuisinart ice cream maker to freeze it. (Hoping it turns out good!)

Dinner remains a mystery. I'm hoping to not be very hungry since we are eating a larger lunch. I may feed the family pizza & have a bowl of soup over some low calorie instant mashed potatoes.

I plan to either walk or swim today. It all depends on how long we stay at my parents.
