colcoolios's Logboek, 15 mrt 18

Did my usual Thursday weigh in. Unfortunately i had a pretty big portion of curry last night and I weigh the same as last week.

It's a bit disappointing because when I'm at home home, I've eaten the best I have for years. No chocolate, rice, potatoes, pasta. Been getting my carbs from healthy sources such as sweet potato and veggies.

I definitely feel slimmer though. My thighs in my jeans feel like they have more room. And I'm following a Yoga DVD almost daily which I I'm sure has had an effect already.

I'd really like to break into the 16 stones by next week due to my little sister's wedding next weekend.
108 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 28 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

My point was when I'm out with friends or family I lose control. Happened twice this week... I guess it could be worse!

Shame about no loss but great that you’re feeling slimmer. Have you thought of measuring around thighs, waist, etc? Losses there are just as good as weight loss for motivation. All the best!

I think measuring myself is a fantastic idea, thank you. I'd better do some Googling to see how tpndp it properly. I'm not too demoralised. I did eat a stupid amount yesterday.
