What did I learn tonight? I I have no self control when I am riding the crimson waves. Oh, and note to self. Self, saying that you're going to eat all the cookies tonight is a good idea, because you are removing the temptation to eat them, is one of the WORST ideas you've had concerning your diet. So disappointed in myself right now! I am better than this, or at least I thought I was... UGH! I dread the weight gain I am going to see on the scale tomorrow morning...
