lustmamind's Logboek, 17 mrt 18

Ending my day two of tracking meals. I already feel a difference, eating the correct amount of food, more energy, less moody. It is a bit strenuous on my now shrunken stomach, but taking it easy. I am so excited and very much so motivated (with a great help from this app) to start my work out journey and continue a clean living.
