Okay so first my scale showed a one pound drop and then I stepped on it twice more and I am back to my low (before the increase for no reason). So at least I am back down and maybe will show a little drop tomorrow. The only bummer is that I feel like I have been doing well all week with no result. I have to keep in mind that Flo is coming and I can see the difference in the mirror. So I will keep plugging away at it.
