2 lbs closer to the 230s and onderland. I have to say, though, it's getting really hard to lose weight now that I'm smaller. I WILL stay the course though. I WILL see 199 if it kills me.

Dude. 50kg in a year is a MASSIVE loss. Remember to re-calculate your RDI periodically, as you need less energy to function as you get smaller. And be proud of yourself. I'm so inspired by you. xxx
