Well, I guess I can't complain. I was in Las Vegas for ten days and only gained 1.2 pound. That's probably a record. The last couple of days there did me in even tho I exercised daily.

I'm home now and will refocus on my eating and start exercising more.
116,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 45,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

1.2 lbs is nothing to worry about! You will probably find that once you get back on track for a day or two that it will "disappear" because you are probably just retaining water from the change in diet. Without a word of a lie (I'm almost ashamed to admit this but, hey, it happened) the last time I lost a lot of weight (50 lbs), I went on a girls long weekend at the lake as a reward. We had brownies and cookies and steak and beer and chips and on and on. It was a weekend of total nutritional debauchery! So when I came home 3 days later I was certain that the scale was going to be about 5 lbs heavier as a result. Not even close! I gained 17 lbs in one long weekend!!! Within the first few days back to eating on plan, most of it came off so it had to have been almost all bloat. So don't feel bad about 1.2 lbs after a week! You did great!
