OK friends. After a month and a half hiatus from "dieting", I'm back to it today. Why? Because I WANT to!! Never thought I'd hear myself say that, but in that month and a half, I've felt like crap, had horrible cravings, joint pain, back pain, not sleeping hardly at all, jittery, nervous, anxious, digestive problems, and one E.R. visit due to a heart rate up around 150 that WOULD NOT come down. I was put on medication for that, for heaven's sake! It's a wonder it's taken this long. But I'm back, and I'm excited and looking forward to feeling good and healthy again!!! :-)
